Job summary

Achieve Beyond in the New York metro area seeks a Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA services for children with ASD in early intervention settings, home, clinic and community. You will conduct assessments, design behavior plans, and collaborate with families and therapists.

Must hold BCBA and LBA, have supervision experience, be available afternoons/evenings/weekends, and travel to cases in Nassau and Suffolk.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field required.
• BCBA and LBA certifications required.
• Experience supervising ABA clients/students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct services in Early Intervention program.
• Assess children with ASD and create goals and treatment plans with caregivers.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create observable, measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists, with feedback while maintaining program integrity.
• Review session notes regularly and analyze data to drive program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with active caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments biannually and summarize progress for supervised clients.
• Maintain communication with parents, therapists, and the office; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Train therapists and caregivers; create behavior analytic content for social media.
