Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in New York City is hiring a Fee For Service/Full Time BCBA to lead assessments for children with ASD, design behavior intervention plans, and supervise therapists. You will work with families to set measurable goals and ensure program fidelity.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field, BCBA and LBA, and at least one year of ABA supervision; travel to cases is expected; compensation is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year ABA client/teacher supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists with feedback while ensuring program integrity.
• Review session notes regularly and analyze data for program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with caregiver participation and regular communication.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and the Achieve Beyond office.
