Job summary

Best Ever ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team dedicated to transforming the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will design, implement, and supervise behavior therapy plans and mentor BCaBAs and RBTs while contributing to organizational growth.

You will conduct assessments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Must be comfortable traveling to clients' homes and other locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans tailored to each child.
• Conduct assessments to identify strengths and challenges and develop targeted interventions.
• Mentor and supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, guiding the team for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on comprehensive treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing quality-improvement initiatives to enhance services.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with industry developments to continuously improve services.
