Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, Michigan, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs and supervise staff within a collaborative, mission-driven center.

You will develop treatment plans, analyze data, and work with families to build meaningful skills for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role emphasizes clinical growth, ethical practice, and coordinated care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification by BACB.
• Michigan LBA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience building and implementing ABA programs and behavior plans.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct and interpret functional behavior assessments and clinical assessments.
• Use data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and coaching to technicians and team members.
• Train families and staff in ABA principles and strategies.
• Deliver direct ABA services when appropriate.
• Participate in meetings with families, treatment teams, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the clinical director and other providers to ensure quality care.
• Support staff engagement and retention through ongoing feedback and training.
• Maintain supervision and productivity requirements and accurate documentation.
