Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BACB-verified BCBA, a Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or Psychology, and proven experience designing pediatric ABA interventions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (BACB) and state licensure requirements for Arizona (COBA).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & evaluations to identify strengths and needs.
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists with fidelity and ethical compliance.
• Monitor progress with data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Lead parent/caregiver meetings and provide training for home/community reinforcement.
• Coordinate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child across environments.
