Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs, assess progress, and mentor RBTs. You will collaborate with families, schools, and clinical teams to ensure comprehensive, ethical care.

The successful candidate holds active BCBA certification, a master's degree in ABA or related field, and strong leadership and communication skills; experience with VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R a plus. On-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical and clinical standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
