Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs for children with autism. You will guide clinical teams, supervise staff, and ensure data-driven progress toward meaningful outcomes.

We seek compassionate professionals with BCBA certification, an active license, and the ability to travel between client locations. Hybrid work and strong clinical support are provided.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with active state license to provide ABA services.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Experience supervising ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and interpret results.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Develop and apply assessment and intervention methods across cases.
• Train staff to implement ethical, evidence-based interventions.
• Submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
• Oversee accurate data collection per policy.
• Supervise 1:1 direct service and parent training as needed.
