Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead analysis and design of evidence-based behavioral programs for children with autism. You will oversee interventions, train staff, and drive program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and active license to practice ABA in the applicable state.
• Ability to travel to and among client locations as needed.
• Experience supervising ABA paraprofessionals and RBTs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of ABA programs.
• Supervise and train paraprofessionals and RBTs to ensure quality service.
• Develop treatment plans and update them based on ongoing data and assessments.
• Ensure accurate data collection and timely documentation of progress.
