Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs for children with autism and related disorders. You will supervise the team and contribute to improving quality of life for clients and their families.

Qualifications

BCBA certification from BACB required.
Active, valid and unrestricted ABA license in the state of practice.
Ability to travel between client locations.
Experience supervising ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional assessments and interpretation of results.
Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
Develop and revise assessment and intervention plans as needed.
Train staff to implement ethical, evidence-based interventions.
Submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
Ensure accurate data collection according to policies.
