Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs for children with autism and related disorders.

You will supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs, provide 1:1 guidance, and update treatment plans based on data. Hybrid work model, competitive compensation, and strong clinical support are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Active, valid state license to provide ABA services.
• Willingness to travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments including functional analyses.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Train and supervise ABA paraprofessionals and RBTs 1:1.
• Update treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Ensure accurate data collection and timely documentation.
