Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs for children with autism. You will guide assessments, interventions, and data-driven treatment in collaboration with a dedicated team.

As a BCBA, you will supervise ABA paraprofessionals and RBTs, update treatment plans, conduct parent training, and ensure ethical, effective practice across client locations.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active, valid license(s) to provide ABA services in the state.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses; interpret results.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Develop and apply assessment and intervention methods for various cases.
• Train others to implement ethical, evidence-based interventions.
• Submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
• Ensure data collection is accurate according to policies.
• Supervise ABA paraprofessionals and RBTs; provide 1:1 supervision.
• Update treatment plans based on data and assessments.
• Oversee data collection and parental training as needed.
