Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs for individuals with autism. You will supervise team members, develop treatment plans, and ensure high-quality service delivery across client locations.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• Active, valid state license to provide ABA services
• Ability to travel to and between client locations

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and interpret results.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Develop and apply assessment and intervention methods for various cases, including new situations.
• Train others to implement ethical and effective behavior interventions based on research.
• Submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
• Ensure data collection aligns with The Learning Tree’s policies.
• Supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs and provide 1:1 supervision.
• Update treatment plans based on data and ongoing assessments.
• Oversee data collection and conduct parent training as needed.
