The Learning Tree ABA in Frederick, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism. You will supervise team members, update treatment plans, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required.
• Active, valid and unrestricted license(s) to perform ABA services in the state of service.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and interpret results.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Develop and apply assessment and intervention methods for various cases.
• Train others to implement ethical and effective behavior interventions based on research.
• Submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
• Ensure data collection aligns with company policies.
• Supervise ABA paraprofessionals and RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Provide 1:1 direct supervision and guidance to team members.
• Update treatment plans based on data and ongoing assessments.
• Oversee data collection accuracy.
• Conduct face-to-face parent training and treatment planning as needed.
