Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs for children with autism. You will work with a team of technicians and families to drive meaningful improvements in behavior and quality of life.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Active, valid, unrestricted license to provide ABA services in the state of practice.
• Ability to travel between client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and interpret results.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Develop and apply assessment and intervention methods for various cases, even in new situations.
• Train others to implement ethical and effective behavior interventions based on research.
• Submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
• Ensure ABA providers collect accurate data according to The Learning Tree’s policies.
• Supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Provide 1:1 direct supervision and guidance to team members.
• Update treatment plans based on data and ongoing assessments.
• Oversee the collection of appropriate and accurate data.
• Conduct face-to-face parent training and treatment planning as needed.
