The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead the design and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs that improve the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. You will supervise team members and ensure data-driven treatment planning across client locations.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active license to practice applied behavior analysis in the state of service.
• Willingness and ability to travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments including functional analyses.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Develop and adapt assessment and intervention methods for diverse cases.
• Train staff to implement ethical, evidence-based interventions.
• Update treatment plans based on data and progress notes.
