The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is actively hiring BCBAs to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs for children with autism. You will drive assessments, develop interventions, and monitor progress to produce lasting positive changes in behavior.

Join a supportive, growth-minded team where you’ll supervise paraprofessionals, provide 1:1 guidance, and update treatment plans based on data. A hybrid work model and strong clinical support are offered.

Formación

• BCBA certification required.
• Active license to provide ABA services in the state of practice.
• Ability to travel between client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional assessments and design behavior-analytic interventions.
• Supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs with 1:1 guidance.
• Update treatment plans based on data and assessments.
• Submit notes, progress reports, and plans on time.
• Ensure accurate data collection per policy.
• Train staff on ethical and effective ABA interventions.
