Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead design, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs for children with autism. You will supervise staff, conduct assessments, and ensure data-driven decisions to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification with an active, valid, and unrestricted license to practice in the state of service.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and supervise paras and RBTs.
• Train staff to implement ethical, evidence-based interventions.
• Submit notes and treatment plans on time and ensure data collection accuracy.
• Update treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and data.
