Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking a skilled BCBA to lead evidence-based ABA programming and supervise RBTs. You will develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and school teams to support meaningful progress for clients with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Current NY LBA licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
