Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our team on a part-time basis. You will apply evidence-based ABA practices to improve outcomes for children and families in a hybrid setting.

You’ll supervise board-certified technicians, design and monitor intervention plans, and collaborate with physicians, educators, and families to coordinate care. Remote telehealth is included with occasional in-person sessions within 30 miles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification (active) and supervision training completed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and FBAs to identify target behaviors.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design and supervise ABA treatment programs grounded in ABA principles.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and team members on intervention strategies.
• Monitor progress toward goals and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure accurate data collection for target behaviors and objectives.
