Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Peoria, IL for a full-time, permanent position. The BCBA will supervise center and home-based ABA programs, ensure quality treatment, and support families and staff in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include assessment, program development, progress monitoring, and coordination with insurers. Eligible candidates receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed and meet state requirements.
• At least one year of experience in ABA with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Strong collaboration with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure compliance with state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and transitions.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high quality care.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete insurance reviews and funding paperwork for client services.
