Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum in the Lake Zurich, IL area.

The role emphasizes developing treatment plans, collaborating with families and clinicians, and ensuring care meets state and insurance standards while supporting staff through training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst or licensed by state.
• Experience with ABA for autism in home/clinic settings.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff and provide training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure adherence to state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide treatment recommendations and exit planning with families.
• Evaluate treatment using QET measures.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks like reports and insurance reviews.
