Hope Autism Clinic in Springfield, IL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our nonprofit team. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with ASD, manage caseloads, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree and BCBA credential in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavior analytic services.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical, evidence-based ABA services to ASD clients and related disabilities.
• Manage caseload, assessments, goals, therapy hours, and data-based treatment plans.
• Provide parent and staff training monthly and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Complete timely documentation and adapt practices from supervisory feedback.
