Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum in Peoria, Illinois. The role involves coordinating treatment teams, ensuring quality care, and guiding staff training and supervision.

You will collaborate with parents and clinicians to tailor treatment plans, assess progress, and modify interventions while navigating insurance authorizations and funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed.
• Minimum of 1 year ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and exit planning.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on QET measures.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high quality services.
• Develop supervisees' clinical skills and ensure certification requirements are met.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
