Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team in Wyoming. The role focuses on early intervention ABA therapy for Autistic children under 6, using NDBI approaches, with a mission-driven culture and strong team support.

We offer a base salary of $85,000–$115,000 per year plus $30/hour for billable hours over 100 per month, comprehensive health benefits, and a 401(k) match. Workweek is 40 hours, Monday–Friday, with no evenings, travel, or weekends.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to young Autistic children.
• NDBI experience preferred (ESDM, PRT, or JASPER).
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and treatment planning using NDBI strategies for 18 months–6 years.
• Supervise and mentor 5–6 therapists weekly.
• Implement parent training to strengthen at-home strategies.
• Monitor progress with ongoing data collection and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to continuous clinical learning and growth.
