The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with experience in functional analyses and adaptive life skills. Telehealth and in-person options are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis.
• Certified by the National Board for Certification.
• Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of behavior therapy programs and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCaBA and RBT staff and coordinate ABA services.
• Conduct functional analyses and behavioral assessments.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and life skills programs.
