Adapt For Life, a private organization expanding across multiple states, seeks dedicated BCBAs to lead ABA therapy programs. The role includes supervising staff, developing assessments, and coordinating care with families, schools, and clinics. Eligible for comprehensive weekly pay and competitive benefits after 30 days, with a salary range disclosed as $70,000–$89,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification required or pursuing BACB exam within 30 days.
• Current or ability to obtain state behavior analyst licensure if required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children and families.
• Coordinate case management activities across services.
• Manage caseload of up to 8 clients or 300 weekly RBT hours, billing 29 hours weekly.
• Train parents and caregivers to implement treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to clinical staff.

Education

Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis

BCBA Certification

State licensure eligibility

Experience with autism spectrum

Excellent communication skills
