Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team, with opportunities for full-time or part-time positions across multiple states. You will design and implement ABA programs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families to support progress in home, school, and clinic settings.

We offer back-office support, mentorship, and a positive work environment, plus travel up to 25% and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate required.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design treatment plans of care
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide family counseling to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
