Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in the United States, with opportunities across multiple states. We offer full-time or part-time roles, sign-on and relocation bonuses, and a compensation package up to $95,000 yearly depending on state.

Responsibilities include intake evaluations, treatment plan design, supervision of technicians, and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate required.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with ASD or related developmental disabilities.
• Reliable commute or willing to relocate to starting location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians.
• Develop and implement behavior analytic interventions and skill acquisition plans.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; model progress of plans.
• Support families and explain results and recommendations.
• Graph data and provide routine progress summaries.
