Job summary

ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise tailored ABA programs for children. You will collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure the highest standard of care, while mentoring Behavior Technicians and tracking progress with data-driven reports.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Proven experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Leadership skills to train, manage, and support entry-level staff.
• Compliance: criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations.
• Passion for improving lives of individuals with autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs for clients.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
• Use data collection tools to track progress and update client records.
