Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience developing client ABA programs.
• Ability to train and supervise entry-level staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized ABA programs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and provide mentorship.
• Track client progress using data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Engage with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES’ mission.
