Job summary

ACES is seeking BCBA-certified clinicians to design, implement, and supervise individualized ABA programs across homes, centers, schools, and communities. You will lead a team of Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families, and use data-driven tools to monitor progress and adjust plans.

The role offers a hybrid work option with strong clinical support, ongoing training, competitive compensation, and relocation and loan-reimbursement incentives.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA client programs.
• Ability to mentor staff and train entry-level clinicians.
• Must meet background check, TB test and immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Lead and supervise Behavior Technicians in service delivery.
• Use data collection software to track and report progress.
• Work with a cross-functional team to advance ACES’ mission.
