Job summary

ACES is seeking a BCBA to lead therapy services for children with autism and developmental disabilities across homes, centers, schools, and communities. You will design and implement individualized ABA programs, collaborate with families and clinicians, and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers a competitive salary ($95,000–$115,000) plus incentives, relocation assistance up to $10,000, 21 PTO days, benefits, and 12 free CEUs annually, with remote work

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Proven experience developing and implementing client programs.
• Ability to lead, train, and support entry-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Caseload: serve DOE-funded clients and 1–2 insured clients.
• Design, develop, and implement tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Track progress with data and adjust programs as needed.
• Engage with cross-functional team to fulfill ACES’ mission.
