ACES, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a BCBA to design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will work with families and clinicians to ensure optimal outcomes, mentor technicians, and track progress with data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Leadership and training skills for staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
