Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-center ABA programs, develop individualized goals, and supervise RBTs. You will work closely with families to monitor progress and ensure compassionate, evidence-based treatment for children with autism.

The role offers a full-time, in-center schedule with potential for mentorship, leadership growth, and long-term ownership opportunities as you advance within ABC.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB, plus licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active during sessions.
• Preferred: CentralReach experience.

Responsibilities

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a child-centered environment.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support compassionate care.
