Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is seeking a Senior Behavior Therapist to deliver expert-level NDBI-based therapy to children with autism, under BCBA guidance. You will mentor BT1–BT3 staff, model clinical practices, and support clinic quality initiatives in a collaborative team environment.

The role offers leadership opportunities, a structured schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM), and professional development within ANNA’s care-centered values.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with experience working with children.
• Advanced clinical competence in NDBI principles and data collection.
• Leadership and peer coaching abilities to mentor BT1–BT3 staff.
• Certification and training requirements include CPR, HIPAA, Mandated Reporter, and ANNA BT Training.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy plans using NDBI with BCBA guidance.
• Maintain 90% fidelity across three clients.
• Collect real-time data using approved systems.
• Communicate progress to BCBAs and team members.
• Lead mentorship and training for BT1–BT3 staff.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees.
• Prepare materials and maintain organized therapy spaces.
• Maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA compliance.
