Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed in Oklahoma or pursuing licensure.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA programs.
• Ability to train and supervise entry‑level staff.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Utilize data collection software to track progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to fulfill ACES' mission.
