Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, ABA).
• Proven ABA experience (developing and implementing client programs).
• Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to client needs.
• Supervise direct care staff (behavior therapists) and travel between regional clients.
• Evaluate and update client progress reports using data collection software.
• Participate in organizational improvements using OBM.
