Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active license where applicable.
• Proven ability to design and implement client ABA programs.
• Willingness to mentor and supervise entry-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs for individual children.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
• Use data collection software to track progress and update reports.
• Engage with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES' mission.
