Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• LBA licensure in Oklahoma or pursuing licensure is required.
• Experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and staff support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement tailored ABA programs for children.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians to deliver direct services.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Track client progress using data tools and update reports.
