Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas or in process.
• Experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and staff mentorship capabilities.
• Compliance: background check, TB test, immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs to meet each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Utilize data collection software to track and report progress.
• Engage with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES’ mission.
