Proficio Therapy Services is a mission-driven organization offering ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy across 11 clinics in the United States. We seek a BCBA with strong ABA practice to lead assessments, PBIPs, supervision, and case coordination for children and families.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, coordinate with families, and engage in ongoing professional development while contributing to clinic growth and high-quality care.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification through BACB.
• Strong ABA knowledge and experience designing behavior plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess clients with comprehensive skills assessments and FBAs to determine ABA needs.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
• Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Coordinate with families and professionals for cohesive interventions across settings.
• Provide supervision, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Stay current with ABA research and participate in quality improvement.
