Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across Maryland to join our growing clinical team. You will provide clinical oversight, develop evidence-based ABA plans, and collaborate with families and behavior technicians to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, high-quality ABA care

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians
• Provide caregiver training and family support
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Collaborate with families, providers, and community partners
• Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical documentation
• Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical standards
• Stay current on evidence-based ABA practices and industry standards
