Amaze ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight, supervise behavior technicians, and deliver caregiver training. You will work to ensure individualized, evidence-based services that meaningfully impact children and families in their own homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality care and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians.
• Deliver caregiver training and family support.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and community partners.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and treatment integrity.
• Stay current on evidence-based ABA practices and industry standards.
