Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to ensure meaningful clinical progress.

The role requires a Master’s degree and eligibility for Maryland LBA licensure. A dedicated BCBA Success Manager will support your professional success.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Maryland LBA licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Master’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments in person.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
