Job summary

Accurate ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Maryland team. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design and oversee BIPs, and supervise therapists to ensure effective ABA programs across settings.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, provide monthly parent training, and stay current with ABA research to continuously improve outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the BACB.
• Maryland Licensure is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a behavior analyst, preferably in clinical/educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other assessments to identify function of behavior and inform interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor BIPs based on ABA principles.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians, therapists, and staff on BIPs.
• Monitor client progress with data, adjusting interventions as needed for effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and professionals to generalize skills across environments.
• Provide monthly parent training.
• Stay current with ABA research and incorporate new methods into practice.
