Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and evaluate individualized ABA programs, leading a team of RBTs and collaborating with families to support meaningful change. The BCBA will supervise staff, monitor progress with data, ensure regulatory compliance in Maryland, and promote compassionate, evidence-based care across client services.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Maryland LBA required.
• Experience designing and evaluating behavior plans.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians to ensure consistency.
• Provide training to staff and families on behavioral strategies.
• Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and adjust interventions.
