Job summary

Channel ABA is hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across Maryland to provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and related disabilities. The roles offer manageable caseloads, strong clinical support, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (active)
• Maryland LBA license or eligible
• Master's degree in relevant field
• ABA therapy experience
• FBAs experience
• BIPs experience
• RBT/BT supervision experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management and organization
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Design, monitor ABA treatment plans and progress
• Supervise RBTs/BTs and provide mentorship
• Provide caregiver/parent training sessions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics and Maryland licensing
• Collaborate with families, schools and healthcare providers
• Participate in case reviews and treatment planning
