Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and CT State License are essential.
• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, or Child Psychology is required.
• Ability to build strong relationships with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing in-home client assessments.
• Write FBAs and BIPs within specified time frames.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs and assess performance.

Skills

Current BCBA certification

CT State License

BACB Supervisor’s Certification

Excellent clinical competence and judgment

Ability to train and supervise behavior technicians

Excellent written and verbal skills

Strong leadership and management capabilities
