Behavior Frontiers in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leading ABA team. We offer a competitive package with bonuses, unlimited PTO, student loan repayment, maternity leave, stipends, CEUs, and full benefits from day one.

You will design and implement ABA programs, conduct VB-MAPP/Vineland/ABLLS/FBA assessments, and collaborate with families to help children with autism reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
