Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervise staff in behavioral programming.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate Positive Behavior Supports plans.
• Review data and recommend program adjustments.
• Support crisis planning, prevention, and intervention efforts.
• Coach and train staff in behavior analysis and de-escalation.
• Mentor beginning teachers and participate in orientation and PD.
• Complete evaluations and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Approve payroll and related personnel docs with administration.
• Collaborate on program planning, staffing, and quality improvements.
